### 🐛 Describe the bug `interpolate_pixel` in `kornia-imgproc` currently calls `unimplemented!()` when `InterpolationMode::Lanczos` or `InterpolationMode::Bicubic` is used. This causes a **runtime panic** instead of returning a recoverable error or providing a working implementation. The function currently returns `f32`, which means unsupported interpolation modes cannot be handled safely by the caller.
