Consolidate duplicate modal components

## Description

There are three similar modal/dialog components with inconsistent APIs:

• \`confirm-modal\`
• \`confirmation-dialog\`
• \`alert-modal\` These should be consolidated into a single, well-documented component. ## Tasks
• [ ] Audit all three modal components and their usage
• [ ] Design a unified API that covers all use cases
• [ ] Create the consolidated component
• [ ] Update all imports across the codebase
